1. When I start the IRCd it says something about not loading the right commands, what did I do wrong?

14. I would like everyone to be set +G automatically and make it so they cannot -G. Is this possible? If so, how?
15. I got stupid advertising bots that say:
    

    Hey, http://68.1.4.2:5555/ = cool!! Check it!

    The IP in the url seems random (I've already counted 15!) but port 5555 and all the other text is always the same. How can I use spamfilter to auto-gline these bots?
